"Matthew Knizner is unavailable completely. Chose a agent means nothing, you will get who they want to give you. You have zero choices and bad attitude employees. Two ladies, at least one with the local office is terrible for answers. Ask if you can speak to Matthew Knizner, no answer was ever given. This company has a lot of issues with the underwriter, your contract can take a month or more according to the location employees. Your money cannot be returned if you cancel until these gatekeeper of your auto insurance lets you. The runaround and poor service from the company is outstanding. Call and ask for Matt Knizner, do not trust he's your representative online, if paying online. Call the office and ask to speak to him, Pam Varney is the only representative known in this local office at this time, and if you don't want or have chosen her, you can only speak to her. Save yourself a lot of time, issues and money by avoiding this local office. Your claim is likely to be just as difficult, perhaps worse, based on the experience of this office. Complete runaround for answers and no service, they want you to do your own foot work. More details will be listed after all findings on this local office are known. Don't waste your time, effort, money, to only get stress from staff. Elsewhere is best. Reviews without details, ignore."
